What Hellometer does

Hellometer helps fast food owners' grow same store sales using security cameras to improve customer wait times. Speed of service is fast food's core value proposition (it’s literally in the name) and owners currently don't have a reliable way to measure it. We show them when and where they have slowdowns and for every 7s they improve service times, owners see 1% increase in revenue.

We built a SaaS product that uses security cameras to track and analyze customer wait times in fast food restaurants. Our software identifies exactly when and where slowdowns happen and helps owners improve service speed, which directly boosts their sales.

We live and work in Los Angeles, CA, and the company will remain based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

LA has a busy fast food market with a lot of opportunity for our software. Being here keeps us close to early customers and lets us iterate quickly based on real feedback.
