We built Heap to automatically capture every user interaction on a website or app without any manual event tracking. Our product eliminates the need for tracking plans or custom instrumentation, letting companies get analytics out of the box and focus on insights rather than data collection.
We live in Seattle and San Francisco, and after YC, we plan to base the company primarily in San Francisco.
San Francisco is where the majority of our potential customers and investor community are based. Being in SF allows us to build better relationships and raise capital more effectively while keeping a presence in Seattle.
