We built a platform that streamlines buying, selling, and renting properties across Latin America. Our technology speeds up processes that are traditionally slow and complicated, combining fintech and machine learning to make real estate transactions simpler and more transparent for users.
We're based in Lima, Peru, specifically in Callao Region and Lima Province. After YC, we plan to keep our operations centered here to serve Latin America where the demand for better real estate solutions is.
We built GoJom in Lima because that's where we deeply understand the local market and pain points in real estate. Our access to local property data and real estate networks gives us an edge. We want to focus on LatAm since these issues are widespread here and warrant a local solution.
