We build the Formance Platform, open-source infrastructure that lets fintech engineers build and operate complex flows of funds. Our platform connects different payment rails and internal ledger accounts so companies can manage financial operations reliably and transparently.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Paris, Île-de-France, France and plan to keep the company based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Paris is home for us and a strong hub for fintech engineering talent. Staying here lets us build with our network and leverage the local developer ecosystem familiar with payments and finance.
