We are building a buyer experience platform that puts the entire new home shopping, purchasing, and ownership process online. Our platform helps homebuilders sell more homes with better margins and keeps customers happier by giving them clearer communication and digital tools tailored to homebuilding.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Boulder, CO and work remotely. After YC, the company will remain distributed but will consider any opportunities YC offers for physical space or networking hubs.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We picked Boulder because our founding team is based here and the local real estate and construction market shapes our understanding of customers' pain points. Remote work lets us tap talent beyond one city.
