What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We build AI agents that automate the manual workflows internal real estate teams use to manage and optimize office portfolios. They handle tasks that used to be fragmented and spreadsheet-driven, reducing back-office overhead for real estate teams at companies like Reddit and Confluent. Essentially, we act as the travel team Navan is for business travel, or Zip is for procurement - just for office real estate.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in New York and have a distributed remote team. After YC, the company will remain based in New York with remote team members.

Explain your decision regarding location.

New York puts us close to enterprise real estate teams and proptech customers. Remote lets us hire people from strong markets in tech and real estate without relocating them. It's the right balance for building our product and growing sales.
