We built Elpha as a community platform where women connect for career growth, job opportunities, and peer support. It's a space to share advice, find work, and make meaningful professional relationships.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Oakland, CA, and the company is based there with team members also working remotely.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Oakland is home for us and aligns with our small distributed team. This local base plus remote work lets us stay agile and connected to our core users.
