CrowdMed harnesses the wisdom of crowds to solve difficult medical cases

What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built an online platform that lets patients with complicated medical issues tap into a community of medical detectives who suggest potential diagnoses. Our product speeds up diagnosis and helps reduce healthcare costs by crowdsourcing insight from a diverse group rather than relying solely on traditional doctor visits.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and work remotely but are based in San Francisco, CA. After YC, the company would continue to be based in San Francisco, where we have access to investors, healthcare networks, and tech talent.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco offers proximity to top investors and healthcare companies and a strong startup community. Our team is distributed but rooted in SF for strategic advantages in healthcare services.
