What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built Comet, a telemedicine platform that connects people with pelvic floor physical therapists through guided digital exercises and remote care. It helps patients recover or strengthen their pelvic health without the need for frequent in-person visits, addressing a common but underserved issue.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

Katy is in Palo Alto, and Nina is remote. After YC, we would base the company in Palo Alto to be close to the tech and healthcare ecosystem here.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We live partly in Palo Alto and partly remote. Being in Palo Alto after YC positions us near investors, talent, and healthcare partners, which is crucial for scaling in digital health.
