What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built CareOasis to help family caregivers get paid for the care they provide. Our platform connects family caregivers with payers like health insurers to facilitate compensation for caregiving, which is usually unpaid labor despite being essential. We handle payment coordination and management, making this financial support accessible and fair.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Dover, DE, and the company is based remotely with plans to remain distributed after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We chose Dover and remote operations because caregiving is widespread and payers are national, so we focus on building a digital product that works across locations. Being remote allows us to recruit talent and work flexibly.
