We build a patient engagement platform focused on low-income populations in the US. Our platform, powered by our Health Equity Engine™, lets healthcare organizations send targeted messaging, access patient data, and improve care coordination to increase access and improve outcomes.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco, CA, and plan to base the company here after YC as well, with some team members working remotely.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco gives us access to talent and partners interested in health tech and equity, and the remote setup helps us stay connected to the communities we serve.
