We are building a data-driven staffing platform that automates the process temp agencies use to match blue collar workers with employers. Our product screens, matches, dispatches, and tracks time for temporary workers in jobs like warehouse staff, drivers, and event personnel. It replaces inefficient manual processes with software built for the needs of both workers and employers.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We currently live in Chicago, and the company will be based here after YC too.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Chicago is where all three founders are based and where we have access to strong local networks and early customers. We are focused on expanding in relevant markets and growing from here.
