We built a customer support service that combines AI with human supervision to handle support tickets. Our platform works on top of existing customer service channels to improve resolution speed and quality. We focus on making the process more efficient while keeping a human in the loop to handle complex issues.

We live in Bengaluru, India, and the company would remain based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Bengaluru is a major tech hub with strong engineering talent. Since our team is already here and our product is built here, it makes sense to keep the company based locally.
