We built software that automates the bureaucratic process of real estate transactions in Brazil, focusing on simplifying paperwork and approvals for housing and commercial real estate. Our product removes repetitive manual tasks for buyers, sellers, and agents in a market where red tape causes delays and errors.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and currently operate in São Paulo, SP, Brazil. Post-YC, the company would remain based here as this is our core market.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Brazil's real estate bureaucracy is complex and centralized here. Being in São Paulo means direct access to key clients and the ability to iterate based on local user needs. It's where our expertise and network are strongest.
