What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We build Alokai, a Frontend as a Service platform that connects all the tools needed to build fast and scalable ecommerce frontends. It simplifies composable commerce by providing a unified solution for integrating frontend technologies with ecommerce backends. Our product is used by thousands of stores worldwide who want to rapidly launch performant, customizable storefronts without rebuilding from scratch.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Warsaw, Poland, and work remotely across multiple locations. After YC, the company would remain remote but maintain strong presence in Warsaw and San Francisco.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Poland has been a great base for engineering talent and product development, and maintaining a global remote team lets us tap expertise worldwide while keeping key hubs in Warsaw and San Francisco for customer and partner relations.
