What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We build an HR-focused ERP for mid and large companies across Latin America. Our platform automates staff scheduling and calendar planning, tracks employee check-ins with geolocation and facial recognition, and includes modules for health and safety reporting, performance management, and career planning. We aim to remove the manual overhead and errors in managing frontline workforces in retail, manufacturing, and hospitality sectors.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and work in Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico, and plan to keep the company based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Most of our customers and understanding of workforce challenges are here in Latin America, so keeping the company close to our market and team in Mexico City lets us react fast and build exactly what these businesses need.
