We built Aer Compliance to be like Rippling but for regulatory compliance. Our platform combines code of ethics management, marketing review, calendars, SEC filings, workflows, and more into one place so compliance teams can stop juggling multiple tools and spreadsheets.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We are based in New York, NY and plan to stay here after YC because that's where our customers and compliance experts are concentrated.

Explain your decision regarding location.

New York has the largest concentration of SEC-regulated firms and compliance professionals. Being close to customers and regulators is critical for building trust and understanding their evolving needs.
