Located at One Development Court, Ulster Avenue, Kingston, NY, the BRC offers you the opportunity to benefit from business counseling and training.
The Small Business Incubator is a college-sponsored initiative located in the BRC. The Incubator provides office space, equipment, and technical support at reduced rates to nurture new or emerging businesses and provide the greatest possibility for success. Upon graduation from the incubator, tenants are assisted with finding appropriate locations within Ulster County in which to establish and grow their businesses.
