His professional career includes roles in investment banking at CIBC Wood Gundy in Toronto, strategic consulting at The Boston Consulting Group in New York, and general management at Hunt Corporation, a then-NYSE-listed company based in Philadelphia. At Hunt, he served on the company's Executive Committee and had P&L responsibilities for operations in the US and Europe. Looking back, he is perhaps most fond of his eight summers working in the theme park industry. There he led a large operations staff and gained significant front line management and customer service experience at a young age; an experience he feels continues to serve him well to this day.
