In 2006, he departed Santana Products after managing the successful sale of the company. His professional career includes roles in investment banking at CIBC Wood Gundy in Toronto, strategic consulting at The Boston Consulting Group in New York, and general management at Hunt Corporation, a then-NYSE-listed company based in Philadelphia. At Hunt, he served on the company's Executive Committee and had P&L responsibilities for operations in the US and Europe. Looking back, he is perhaps most fond of his eight summers working in the theme park industry. There he led a large operations staff and gained significant front line management and customer service experience at a young age; an experience he feels continues to serve him well to this day.
