What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We build a SaaS platform that measures, reports, and verifies carbon emissions and physical commodities data for energy companies. Our product transforms incomplete, disconnected data into clear insights so customers can optimize both environmental impact and financial performance.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Toronto, Canada, and after YC the company would remain based here with offices also in Houston and Calgary.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Our team and key customers are in Toronto and the energy hubs of Houston and Calgary. Our close ties to the energy industry in these locations make them the natural base for Validere.
