We build a mentoring platform for companies with 500+ employees. Learning and Development teams use it to run structured mentoring programs that surface employee skills, goals, and areas for growth. Our software matches employees with the right internal mentors based on those insights. It guides and tracks mentoring relationships, integrating with Outlook, Gsuite, and other enterprise tools for professional users.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and work in Toronto, Canada. If accepted, the company would remain based here during and after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We are based in Toronto because we live here and have built our network with local customers and partners. Moving would disrupt our momentum and relationships.
