We digitize all these merchants into our apps and provide personal shoppers. So every household can buy groceries from multiple merchants at one local market in one single order. There are 16.000 local markets in Indonesia with 8.000.000 merchants inside.

What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built an app that digitizes traditional wet market merchants in residential areas across Indonesia. Customers place one order that goes to multiple merchants in a local market; personal shoppers pick and deliver all items together to households. This consolidates fragmented merchants into one marketplace for groceries native to Indonesian neighborhoods.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and work in Jakarta, Indonesia, and Titipku is based there.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Jakarta is where the largest concentration of traditional markets and merchants are, and where our customers live. Staying local helps us build close relationships with merchants and understand the market.
