We built a digital freight forwarding and customs brokerage platform that manages cargo shipments by air and sea into Africa. Our product handles documentation, customs clearance, delivery to warehouse, and trade financing, streamlining a process that's traditionally complex and manual for African traders and importers.
We live and work in Lagos, Nigeria. After YC, we would base the company in Lagos as well since that is where the shipping challenges are and where our customers and partners operate.
Our location choice is because the problems we solve are tied to African supply chains and customs, which require hands-on local knowledge and presence. Lagos is the trade hub of West Africa and the best place to build and iterate on our digital freight forwarding product.
