We built software that automates the process of capitalizing software R&D costs. Our product plugs directly into developer workflows, capturing time spent on development automatically so accounting teams don't have to chase engineers for timesheets.

Jay and Neha live in San Francisco and remotely. After YC, the company would be based in San Francisco, CA.

We are based in San Francisco because that's where both founders live and where a lot of our target customers - finance and accounting teams in tech companies - are located.
