What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We build AI agents that perform internal audit tasks end to end, focusing initially on SOX testing. Our product automates audit procedures, reducing manual work for auditors and letting them focus on higher-value risk and advisory activities.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We currently live and work in San Francisco, CA, and the company will be based here throughout YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We are based in San Francisco because that's where we live and where our network in finance and audit is strongest. Being here helps us work closely with potential users and partners.
