What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built an AI native platform that helps businesses hire and manage their workforce. Cercli automates recruiting workflows and streamlines HR tasks so people teams spend less time on admin and more on growth. The product integrates AI to surface the best candidates and simplify payroll processes.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We don't disclose our exact location, but we're currently remote and plan to base the company wherever YC recommends after acceptance.

We stay remote because it lets us hire the best talent without geographic limits. Post-YC, we will follow YC's guidance on location to maximize our growth and network effects.
