What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a merchant-owned network that securely sends purchase details directly from merchants to buyers. Our product automates the government-mandated receipt capture process, reduces chargebacks, and helps merchants grow sales by sharing verified transaction data with buyers in real time.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We currently live and work in New York, NY. After YC, the company will remain based here.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We're rooted in New York because that's where our network of merchants is strongest and where our team lives. It's important to be close to the businesses we serve, not to mention convenient for us as founders.
