We are building a version control platform tailored for legal teams that makes managing legal documents less risky and more efficient. Our product provides a visual interface inspired by software development tools like GitHub that lets lawyers track versions, compare changes, and redline easily. This helps lawyers stop wasting time on clunky file management and focus on legal work.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in New York City, and after YC the company will be based there as well.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We chose New York because that's where we are, and it puts us close to our users - legal teams and law firms concentrated in the city. We want to stay close to our users to get continuous feedback.
