Mobile travel guides done right

What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We build handcrafted iPhone travel guides that work offline and are full of quality local content. The app offers personalized, context-aware recommendations to travelers so they don't waste time chasing generic suggestions or needing an internet connection while abroad.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco and Seattle currently. After YC, we'd base the company in San Francisco to be close to tech talent and investors.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We chose San Francisco for its startup ecosystem and access to engineers and mentors. Being in Seattle helps with some part of the team, but SF is key for next steps.
