What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built Shout to let users post and browse classifieds specifically for tickets and reservations. Our iOS app lets buyers and sellers talk in real time and complete payments online, making these transactions faster and more secure than typical classified ads.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in New York, NY, and the company would be based here after YC as well.

Explain your decision regarding location.

New York has a dense population and plenty of events where tickets and reservations are in demand. Being here helps us test and improve Shout with real local users.
