It lets customer support, sales, and operations handle all their communications in one place, making it easier to respond quickly and keep track of conversations that build real relationships.

We live in San Francisco, CA, and the company is based there after YC as well.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco is where the customers are for the kind of B2B teams we serve. It's also where we can hire the talent we need and stay close to investors and partners.
