What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We have built a tool that lets people clip any portion of a video from any website and share those clips with friends. It's a lightweight way to create personal video libraries of relevant moments, making video content more social and easy to share.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We both live in Menlo Park, CA, and the company will remain based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Menlo Park puts us close to the people building the platforms we interact with and other startups working on social and video tech. Being here gives us faster feedback and better access to partners and early users.
