What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We build autonomous AI systems that interact with legacy enterprise software by calling, clicking, and navigating like humans. Our product lets large companies in healthcare, retail, and logistics automate complex workflows without ripping out their existing systems. This lets them tackle AI use-cases they thought were impossible or too risky, safely and quickly.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco, CA, and Refactor is based here. We'll remain here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco puts us near key enterprise customers and AI talent. Being close to our pilot users lets us quickly iterate on tricky automation problems. YC is also in this ecosystem.
