What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built an AI-native talent platform centered around Nova, an AI teammate that runs voice/video pre-screen calls, first-round interviews including coding rounds with advanced proctoring, and ongoing assessments. Our platform also unifies OKRs, performance reviews, career growth, calibration, and compensation into one system so companies can manage and develop their workforce faster and more transparently.

We live in San Francisco, CA, and the company is based here.

We are based in San Francisco because it's a hub for AI talent and HR tech companies, giving us access to strong engineering networks and potential clients.
