We built an AI-powered support agent that improves business customer service. Our product handles customer inquiries automatically using deep learning and natural language processing to make support teams faster and smarter. It's designed for customer service operations that want to handle more with less manual work.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and work in Sunnyvale, CA. After YC, we'll keep the company based in Sunnyvale to stay close to our network and talent pool.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Sunnyvale puts us near the companies that need better customer support tools and near the engineering talent we need. Staying here after YC keeps us focused and connected.
