What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a platform that automates maintenance coordination for property managers. It acts as a 24/7 emergency maintenance department that handles resident requests, coordinates repairs, and manages vendor dispatch across thousands of properties nationwide.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Seattle and remote locations; the company would remain based in Seattle after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Seattle is where all three of us are located or connected, and it's a good hub for our current team setup and customers. We want to stay remote-friendly while rooted here for logistics and collaboration.
