We make a platform that helps companies manage employee performance and engagement. Our software lets managers set goals, collect feedback, run reviews, and analyze team data so they can build better cultures and improve outcomes.

We live and work in San Francisco, and Lattice is based here.

San Francisco gives us direct access to our customers and the HR tech ecosystem, plus top-tier engineering talent. It's where we feel we can best grow and learn.
