We are building a platform that enables motivated investors and entrepreneurs to co-own assets and businesses together. Our product simplifies the legal, financial, and community aspects of fractional ownership, making it easier for people to invest in ventures they care about without going it alone.

We live in San Francisco, CA, and the company will be based here after YC, with part of the team working remotely.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco is a hub for fintech innovation and investment, which helps us connect with motivated investors and entrepreneurs. Remote work allows us to tap talent outside the city while staying grounded in the ecosystem.
