What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built an AI customer success manager that automates onboarding, training, and account growth for SaaS post-sales teams. It replicates the quality of a white-glove onboarding experience but at scale, letting companies support more customers without hiring more CSMs.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

The team is distributed with a base in San Francisco, CA. After YC, Berry will remain headquartered in San Francisco with remote team members.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco is where our founders live and where most of our network and customers are, so it makes sense to base the company here while embracing remote work for the team.
