We built a smart applicant tracking system for K-12 school districts that uses predictive analytics to identify and hire the best teachers. Our product analyzes candidate data to help schools find educators who will have the most positive impact on students.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We all live and work remotely now. After YC, the company will remain remote to attract talent and serve school districts nationwide.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Working remotely allows us to stay lean and flexible while reaching schools across different regions. It also fits our team's current work style and helps us access diverse talent.
