Disclosures.io is on a mission to make the real estate process more transparent and efficient for everyone involved. Our product helps sellers get their home to market faster and enables buyers to make more informed offers. disclosures.io is a SaaS product that digitizes and streamlines the home sale disclosure and listing process. It helps sellers upload their documents faster and gives buyers clearer access so they can make informed offers without delays.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We all live in San Francisco, and after YC the company will remain based here to stay close to the real estate market and tech ecosystem.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco puts us near early users, investor networks, and technical talent. The city's real estate activity overlaps well with our product.
