EV charging infrastructure today is expensive, difficult to install, and doesn't integrate well with existing products, services, and businesses. HeyCharge solves all of these problems with ultra-low-cost, plug-and-play EV chargers that don't require internet connections and integrate with third-party products via our SDK and APIs. Our customers are energy utilities, property operators, mobility service providers, and more.

Low-cost, high-scale EV charging for apartments

What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We build plug-and-play EV chargers tailored for apartments and multi-tenant buildings. Our chargers cost less than traditional solutions, don't require internet connections, and come with an SDK and APIs to integrate easily with utilities, property managers, and mobility providers.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and operate in Munich, BY, Germany. After YC, we would remain based here.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Munich is where we have our team, hardware suppliers, and initial customers. The local energy and property markets are a great fit for our product, so we see no reason to move.
