What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We build software and services that simplify launching and operating private hedge funds. Think Carta or Juniper, but for hedge funds: fund administration, LP onboarding, and back office operations that are usually tedious and fragmented. Our product streamlines fund setup, compliance workflows, and investor relations in one platform tailored to this niche.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in New York City, and after YC the company will be based here as well.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Our customers and the hedge fund industry are heavily concentrated in New York, making it the natural base. We are close to our market and partners, and it's where we have existing professional networks.
