We built a platform that lets people rent out their spare items to others nearby with full insurance coverage. It solves the problem of unused possessions gathering dust and offers a cheaper and more efficient alternative to buying or renting from traditional shops.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and work in London, England, and Fat Llama is based here.

Explain your decision regarding location.

London has the right mix of a dense population and tech-savvy early adopters who want to rent or monetize possessions. It's also where we started and built our network.
