What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a platform for physician organizations to manage value-based care programs. Our product simplifies tracking and reporting on HEDIS and Medicare quality measures, and helps organizations engage clinicians and health plans. Managing value-based reimbursement today usually requires large administrative and IT teams. We built a tool that lets small teams handle these complex programs efficiently and customize workflows for their specific needs.

We live in San Francisco, and the company is based here.
