These are often converted into 20+ page PDFs, with handwritten (doctor’s handwriting!) notes, in thousands of different formats. The problem is so complex that a person has to read it, type it up, and manually enter your information. Tennr built RaeLM™ (7B - trained on 3M+ documents) to read these docs, talk to your doc to ensure nothing is missed, and text you to help schedule your appointment so you can get better, faster.

We built Tennr to fix how healthcare providers send referral paperwork. Our product, RaeLM™, is a 7B parameter model trained on over 3 million documents. It reads faxed, handwritten, and PDF documents from doctors to specialists, extracts the info, asks clarifying questions with the provider, and texts patients to help them schedule appointments faster.
We're based in New York, NY, and would stay here after YC.
We picked New York because it's where we live and where most of our healthcare provider customers operate. It's important to be close to the complex healthcare systems we're improving.
