We’re working on the next generation that, through advances in video game interfaces, ubiquitous 3D compute, and AI, will allow anyone to easily create scenes, pose characters, to create webcomics. Storyboarder is backed by Y Combinator (W23), David Karp (Tumblr Founder), Andrew Kortina (Venmo Founder), and other product focused investors.

We've built an easy-to-use storyboarding tool with 700K users and are working on the next version that lets anyone create webcomics by posing characters and scenes with 3D and AI. It's for people who want to tell visual stories but can't draw well. It'll let them create, share, and sell their webcomics all in one place.
We live in New York, NY, USA, and the company will be based here with remote team members after YC.
New York is where we started working on Storyboarder and where we have our initial network. Remote work lets us access talent outside the city while keeping our core team local.
