We built a tool for engineering leaders that shows how engineering efforts align with business goals and whether deliveries are driving real business impact. Echoes connects engineers' daily work to company priorities so managers can make smarter decisions on hiring, priority-setting, and communication with business partners.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We currently live in Amsterdam and the Netherlands, with some of the team remote. After YC, we would base the company in Amsterdam and remain remote-friendly.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We chose Amsterdam because that's where our team is already based and we've built initial connections here. Remote work allows us to access talent beyond our location.
