Cerrion helps manufacturers automatically detect, understand and eliminate problems on their production lines using video-based Computer Vision. Our AI leverages standard CCTV cameras and learns how a manufacturing process looks like when things are going well and can automatically detect and track problems in real-time. For example, one of our customers, a Pepsi supplier producing 500 bottles per minute now automatically detects and reacts to a fallen bottle before it starts blocking their production line.

What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We build AI that uses standard CCTV cameras on manufacturing lines to watch processes and detect any problems automatically, like a fallen bottle before it causes a blockage. Our system learns what normal production looks like and signals line workers in real-time to prevent slowdowns and defects.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We currently live and work in Zürich, Switzerland, and plan to remain based there after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Our deep ties to the Swiss manufacturing industry and existing customer base make Zürich the best place for us. The talent and client connections are crucial for how we build and sell our product.
