What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a USD account that works globally across 125 countries, using blockchain to enable direct bank-to-bank settlements without SWIFT or intermediaries. Our users send and receive real-time cross-border payments through the Pana app and wallet, integrating both fiat and stablecoins securely end-to-end.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Miami, FL and are remote, with the company based primarily in Miami but with a distributed team. After YC, we plan to keep the company in Miami and remote to continue access to global talent.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Miami gives us access to a large Latin American user base and a growing fintech scene, plus the remote model lets us tap talent globally which is crucial for building a product across 125 countries.
